Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! To give you the best shopping experience, we offer a 30-day return window. For customers within the European Union, this includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Below you will find the precise legal terms governing returns and refunds.

 

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email).

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below in section 2, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us via the "Orders" tab in your profile without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

 

  • Return Shipping Costs: Printful, the fulfillment provider, will cover the return shipping costs. You do not have to worry about it.

     

  • Value Depreciation: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., testing a shirt for size is permitted, but wearing it or washing it is not).

2. Extended Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy (Global & Extended)

Notwithstanding your statutory rights (including the 14-day EU right of withdrawal mentioned above, which remains completely unaffected), we voluntarily offer an extended return policy of 30 days from the date you receive your item.

 

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day period has expired, or for orders shipped outside the EU, the following strict conditions apply to be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To initiate a voluntary return, please contact us at info@random-shirts.com. Items sent back to us without a prior return request may face processing delays.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under our extended 30-day voluntary policy, and are also legally excluded from the statutory EU right of withdrawal:

  • Custom / Personalized Products: Shirts or items that have been custom-made, personalized, or printed with individual designs specifically requested by you cannot be returned (pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU / § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

  • Note on Sale Items: Within the EU, standard sale items can be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. However, sale items are excluded from our extended voluntary 15-to-30-day return policy. Outside the EU, sales of discounted items are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

4. Damages, Wrong Items, and Legal Warranties

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@random-shirts.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For EU consumers, statutory warranty rights (Mängelhaftung) apply. If a product is defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full/partial refund under statutory law, independent of any 14-day or 30-day return limitations.

5. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@random-shirts.com.
