Contract Conclusion: By clicking the order confirmation button (e.g., "Buy Now" / "Pay Now"), you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. EU Consumer Protection: If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
Jurisdiction: If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or have no permanent residence in Germany, the exclusive venue for all disputes arising from this contract shall be Göttingen, Germany.

We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
